Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel/reschedule your appointment?
Out of courtesy to us and to other patients, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. If you forget or are unable to call us during business hours, you are welcome to leave us a voicemail message. If you do not show for a scheduled appointment you may be charged a nominal fee that will not be covered by insurance.
If you miss your appointment without giving us 24 hours’ notice,
- New patients will incur a $25.00 fee that will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
- Established patients will be charged $25.00 (after a one-time waiver).
